Exercise Leads to Heart Health, Disease Prevention, Stress Reduction, and Improved Overall Quality of Life

  • Classes are set at a monthly rate of $25 per person (or $20 per senior citizen) - paid for each month.
  • Sign up for classes at front desk or call 989-624-9293
  • Your monthly payment allows you to participate in any or all of the classes.
  • All necessary equipment is provided.
